Join us for the 49th Annual Robert S. Hartman Institute Conference! Our time together will be aligned under the theme of "Curiosity as a Catalyst for Good". The conference will take place at The Indigo Los Colinas Hotel in Irving, Texas, from October 22-24, 2025.

Optional | Wednesday, October 22nd | Time TBA

Join fellow conference attendees for an informal evening reception in The Los Colinas hotel lobby to enjoy standard Happy Hour provisions. Additional food and drinks are available for purchase in the lobby bar.
Please Note: Provisions are provided by hotel at their timing and discretion. This is not an RSHI-sponsored event but an opportunity to mingle prior to the kickoff of the conference.

Day One | Thursday, October 23rd | 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Breakfast service is not provided. Options for breakfast can be found on the hotel premises or at nearby locations. Coffee and tea service will be provided. Please plan to be on time for the opening session.
 
Day One Sessions begin at 8:30 AM and will continue through 5:30 PM. Lunch will be provided at 12:15 PM in a room adjacent to the conference. Please inform [email protected] if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate. If we are unable to accommodate your restriction, a voucher will be provided.
 
In the evening, we will have a formal conference reception at 5:30 PM immediately following closing remarks. This reception is made possible through the generosity of Charlotte and Art Ellis, and Robert Calabrese.

Day Two | Friday, October 24th | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Attendees are encouraged to linger after the conference to network or grab refreshments in the hotel lobby bar to continue the rich conversations from the prior two days.
